Max is a big-hearted, three‑legged dog (a “tripod”) about 2 years old, with a sturdy build and a loyal soul. He lost one front leg after an accident, but he moves around just fine — with a little hop in his step that makes him all the more special.
Max is friendly and affectionate once he feels safe, though he may be a bit wary at first — especially around unfamiliar men. With time, kindness and consistency, he blossoms into a cuddly, devoted companion.
He enjoys chasing balls (though fetching isn’t his thing), and he’d do best in a home with a securely fenced yard where he can run, play and explore safely. Max gets along well with some dogs (especially female companions).
