Diplomat is the kind of horse many spend years searching for — and rarely find. At 7 years old, he is at the perfect age to begin a successful dressage career. He has already been introduced to the show environment for training purposes, always with careful and considered development in mind.

This gelding is mentally sound, confident in various environments, and safe to ride outdoors. We are seeking a rider who can continue to develop and support him on his promising journey.

Diplomat is an outstanding young talent with all the attributes for the upper levels of dressage. His pedigree speaks for itself: his sire is a licensed stallion and auction highlight; his grandsire, Desperados, topped the world rankings and was an Olympic gold medalist. Great-grandsire De Niro is an exceptional stallion with over 100 licensed sons and has been named the world’s best dressage sire five times.

On the dam's side, Diamond Hit, a licensing champion and Vice World Champion with success through Grand Prix, adds further quality. The damline also includes the full brother to the legendary Rembrandt Rubinstein, an Olympic team member, licensing champion, and sire of nearly 100 licensed sons.
